  Horrible service! I had an appointment scheduled for 9.45 am and was asked to come earlier to fill the paperwork. I arrived to the office at 9.30. No one was there, door closed. Doctor arrived at 10am!!! I should already feel it's not gonna work out. After all, I learned this appointment was totally useless as they can't provide me with procedure I came for. I did ask receptionist the day before if they can do it tomorrow, she said yes, we have all necessary materials, we just need your insurance info. I asked if I can give them all the details at the office, she said yes, but asked to come earlier to fill out all the forms. I had 3 calls with them back and forth and no one told me during this calls that they will need to get approval from my insurance before procedure can be provided! Why even schedule this appointment if you not going to do anything?? To check my weight and blood pressure? Thanks, I didn't ask for this services!! Why make me come to the office, wait for 30 min to let me know they have to follow their insurance procedures?? Why don't tell me over the phone that to get my request done they need few extra days to get approval from my insurance first?? I'll not recommend this doctor to anyone who is looking for respect of your time and quality services!
